
Hi I'm Gabriella. I went to school for psychology at Rutgers. I’m a huge lover of yoga and even taught that after college for a few years. I am a certified life coach, certified hypnotherapist, and also past life regression specialist. I first tried hypnosis when I was 21 because of severe panic attacks which I did not want to be medicated for. I did 3 sessions and was "cured". Now, 12 years later I found myself going back to it for a similar issue. Sometimes we need to revisit it when "life" happens. That led me to want to learn to do it myself, so that I can help people the same way I've been helped.
The power of hypnosis amazes me, and I truly believe in it's ability to change someone's life. It isn't something that has to be super on-going. You'll most likely feel a significant shift after the first session. However, I recommend 3-4 sessions for true transformation that really lasts.
